Very disappointing

Liked: Room upgrade as it was our honeymoon.Incredible views!
Disliked: Poor "welcome" on arrival and disappointing hospitality on entering and exiting the hotel throughout stay. Hotel reception is on Floor 16 of the building, which results in your initial welcome being in the hands of the valet guys - outstanding hospitality is clearly not their forte. No help with luggage on arrival, bearly acknowledged our existence. Then throughout the stay much the same - their conversations being continued through us when coming back after a day out etc.If you are going to create a very expensive hotel with your reception 16 floors up, your entrance-level customer service MUST BE BETTER.The area felt unsafe at night.

Liked: The staff was excellent. Shoutout to Arthur and Gary. Made our stay perfect for what we wanted to do!
Disliked: Google search. I wanted to try Lotte brand.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful view.

Liked: The staff at reception as well as in the restaurant. Also, the comfortable bed and view from our room.
Disliked: Not having a Jacuzzi/swimming pool and some of the noise from sirens throughout the night.
