Liked: This was easily the best stay of our trip. Alison and Hugh are just wonderful and made us feel very at home. The room was charming - cozy beds and a nice modern bathroom with great bath products. Breakfast was exceptional and we enjoyed all the extra touches in the house that relate to it's heritage. It's the kind of place you almost don't want to tell people about lest you can't get a booking when you return!

Liked: Amazing historical house in a fantastic location close to the East beach. Very welcoming hosts Hugh and Ali, providing loads of useful guest information and interesting conversations. Beautiful room with a very comfy bed and huge bathroom with a big shower and separate bath. Thoughtful extras include homemade shortbread and gorgeous smelling soaps, body lotions and bath salts. Delicious breakfast with the best porridge so far on the taste tour! Will definitely rebook.

Liked: The location, the size of the room, bed comfort, separate bath and shower with many personal touches, the breakfast, parking, personality and interaction from the owners!
Disliked: A little more expensive than some other options locally but worth the extra.
