Disliked: Nelson and Alex are the WORST employees! They are rude, condescending, and down right disrespectful. Their attitude towards myself, and my mother has been very difficult to deal with. They need to be fired immediately! Neither deserve a single penny from payroll, nor from customers interested in a pleasant stay. I am disgusted with their lack of professionalism. There is no excuse!

Disliked: My company prepaid for my stay through Booking.Com but when I checked out the charged my card again. This is the second time a Marriot hotel in less than a week. Starting to wonder is this another corporate shake down.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: The room are looking very old and tied, in need of renovation. Things were breaking every day of out stay. The lights in the bathroom went out, and it smelled likely burning wires. Sewer smell in the bathroom would not go away.

Disliked: Need more drawer space in rooms, better stocked supplies(bath towels, wash cloths, coffee creamer) expensive room, parking fees
