Drab and dreary.

Liked: As this is a reciprocal members’ club to the London RAC, I expected elegance and high standards. This hotel is so drab and dreary with dark decoration that probably suited 1950s Mad Men but is not up to standard now.

Pleasant

Liked: The hotel & gym staff were very welcoming, friendly and very responsive. The location of the hotel was great. Our room was spacious, and I appreciated that they provided pillows with a couple different firmness.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit too dark, even with all the lights on. The bathroom needs major updating. Having a rooftop is nice, but it needs more furniture and ambiance.
