Liked: The property looks nice overall
Disliked: I made a reservation around 9 PM for two rooms, which I paid for in advance, as my friends and I were celebrating my birthday and wanted to play it safe by staying at a nearby hotel. We arrived around 1 AM, and the front desk clerk casually told us, “Today’s your lucky day, you’re getting a suite because I gave away your room.” At the time, we didn’t question it, assuming the suite would be an upgrade.However, after 30 minutes of waiting, the “suite” still wasn’t ready. When we followed up, the story changed — we were now told there was no suite available, but they could offer a king room with a rollaway bed. I was willing to accept this if a refund for the missing room could be provided. Instead, they refused any refund and offered only free parking and a late checkout — far from adequate compensation for the $600 I had paid for two rooms.Eventually, they handed us a key and asked for an additional $100 deposit, but at that point, it was clear we were being misled. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of our group, possibly assuming we wouldn’t push back because we had been out drinking.The bottom line is this: the hotel gave away our fully paid, pre-reserved rooms to another guest — someone who had stayed the previous night and extended their stay last minute. Rather than owning up to their mistake, they tried to cover it up by offering subpar alternatives and refusing to adjust the charges.We ended up leaving the hotel an hour later, at 2 AM, with no room and nowhere to stay. The experience was not only frustrating and unprofessional — it was unacceptable.

Liked: it was a great surprise, loved the co-working areas, the sauna, the gigantic sports facilities. really cool and surprising weired (in a good way) space ! great coffee, breakfast, dinner etc too! in theory you wouldnt need to leave the place. also garage had echargers and was easy to access and not utterly overpriced. would totally stay there again.
