Better Options in DTLA Until...

Liked: I’ve stayed several times before. Nice hotel with athletic club included. Good remote work spaces. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Did not know gym was closed for renovations. Men’s spa not working either. Room was very noisy. Neighborhood is getting very sketchy.

Liked: great building with lots of character, loved the sports facilities. all a bit dated but clean
Disliked: we understood the location of the hotel was in downtown (which was great for the Lakers game we saw) and LA has quite a bit of homelessness, but i was still amazed when walking around seeing the armies of 'zombies'. Shocking to see how society seems to have given up on these people and at the same time you are confronted with the hopeless nature of drug addiction at a scale I have never seen before.
