Very good
Liked: overall really great for price, super comfy beds, idk if it was from everyone sleeping in them and breaking them in or if I was really tired lol.

Liked: Clean & tidy, reception staff exceptional, spacious rooms, fast lifts, modern interior, airport shuttle bus
Disliked: Hanger 18 had tv issues, coffee issues, staff who couldn’t take correct orders & slow service.

Liked: Marriott staff informed me two days before arriving that the hotel would not have running water between 11;00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Disliked: No running water between 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Convenient location, comfortable, more like...
Liked: Comfortable bed, good location close to the airport with complimentary shuttle service. The room was spacious on the first night. However, I had also rebooked this same room on my way back home, and the room was way smaller. The bathroom was literally half the size. The pool area was probably the highlight.
Disliked: The balcony was pretty dirty. I know that’s probably not part of the housekeepers job, but someone should probably sweep it…? Also I found it to be quite noisy. As theres co-joining rooms, I could literally hear word for word the person talking in the room next door. The balcony door also didn’t shut properly (and therefore lock either) so I had to go back down to reception and request another room. Overall I think the star rating system for hotels is outdated and irrelevant. This hotel is 4 stars because it meets the criteria for other services like having a business center, valet parking, laundry services etc, but if you actually want a nice room and don’t care about those other “amenities” it’s better to search by user rating. In terms of the actual rooms and hotel itself, I would say it’s more like a 3 star hotel.

Comfortable and convenient for LAX.
Liked: Room was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to airport. Comfortable bed, very clean room. Hotel shuttle bus drivers very helpful with baggage.
Disliked: Room window looked out onto a wall. For access to free WiFi was required to sign up with hotel loyalty program.
