Disliked: Towels were very old, bath tub was very slippery and could lead to falls. Carpeting needs replacement

Liked: The motel is 100m away from the 401 Kingston off ramp. It offers a great view of the 401 from the back patio.Location is ideal for someone on a long journey needed a bed for the night. The staff on ground was a nice lady that helped sort things out a bit and gave ideas on places to visit.There is gas station next to it, so you don't have to worry about filling up your tank when it is time to go.Nice place.
Disliked: The light in the room was inadequate and not ideal for someone needing to work in the room.

Disliked: No staff past 5. No response to our attempt to learn wifi password. It was to be on a card by coffee machine and was not. Coffee machine didn’t work. Television had poor sound. Back door was dry difficult to open. The railing needs replacing as one should not lean on it. Long term tenants on back lower level made it appear a trash hotel.

Liked: I loved how they have taken a motel and updated it, cleaned it and obviously made an effort to make it quaint. We really enjoyed that they set up a bonfire for us!
Disliked: The back of the property needs to be cleaned up.

Liked: An excellent room in a small motel run by a couple, who worked so hard to offer a service well above the price band. The room was large with tasteful decor, a decent fridge/freezer, microwave and flat screen TV with cable. Room service was excellent and the room was spotless
Disliked: Slightly larger towels would have been appreciated and the shower control was difficult to operate.

Liked: Was clean, and we had everything we needed.Staff responded to our needs.
Disliked: It was rainy and cold, and we could not control the heat.They did bring us a portable heater, which was good.
