It was a good stay, but will look for something a little nicer next time.
Liked: Pool.
Disliked: Room wasn't as nice as I thought for the price.

Overall an excellent stay as...
Liked: The room amenities were perfect.
Disliked: The choice of pillows in the room were either a foam feeling pillow or a very “lumpy” pillow. I had a hard time finding a comfortable support.I didn’t complain as we only stayed one night, but in the past on previous stays, there was a pillow “menu” from which we could choose a more comfortable pillow.

Pleasant
Liked: The rooms were clean and nice. The pool was great for the kids after a long day of visiting relatives.
Disliked: The service staff were dismissive and unwelcoming. We had to ask for her repeatedly to fill our drinks, and at one point we were waiting almost 20 minutes.

Excellent customer service and location!
Liked: Exceptional service. I like the welcome text message about the Happy Hour available hours and if you need anything, assistance is just a text away. I’m impressed that I received a response back with my inquiry.
Disliked: The coffee machine is quite dusty and it was not cleaned coz the used pod is still in the pod holder or pod housing.
