Staff was helpful.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Maid service was good.
Disliked: Hotel needed updating. Parking is an issue. Parking lot not that close to hotel. When it rains you are walking in it to get the car.

Liked: Location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of town. Able to walk everywhere - Docks, Restaurants and quality shopping.

Liked: Lovely hotel with an ideal location close to the waterfront, restaurants and shops. The morning breakfast buffet is outstanding (great coffee too). The bed was SO comfortable. Gated parking is close by for $15/day. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Liked: Loved that it was in the middle of town, very convenient location. Our family walked everywhere.
Disliked: Wish there was a screen for the sliding glass door leading out to the balcony. Would have been nice to be able to sit in the room with the door open to feel the breeze.

Liked: Loved that a full breakfast was included. Having a balcony made the big room seem even bigger. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
