The hotel seemed short staff,...
Liked: The proximity to the venue. Kirishma the front desk clerk was kind and accommodating. She let us check in early when Shavon refused. She was kind and pleasant.
Disliked: I have never been to a hotel with such a rude front desk staff. Her name was Shavon…very nice nasty and impersonal. She turned away person after person and said there will be NO early check ins today and we all would have to wait until 4pm…unacceptable attitude

Looking forward to coming back.
Liked: I’d like to commend the young lady at the front desk, Shavonne, for her outstanding service. She was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Her pleasant personality truly stood out and left a lasting impression. Because of her, I’ll definitely be looking forward to staying here again whenever I’m working in the area.

Poor
Disliked: The room was very small, dated and dirty. The check in attendant was rude and didn’t make any effort to welcome us even though my husband is a Marriott rewards member. I think he put us in the worst room on the property but the rest of our party who booked 3 other rooms had the same experience. I will never stay there again- very disappointed especially since we stay at Marriott properties quite often. Get it together!

It was horrible!
Liked: The location and outer appearance.
Disliked: The hotel receptionist switched my rooms without my consent. He was a little rude. One of my rooms had a bug in the bed and food was left in the refrigerator from the prior occupants. There were towels for only one guest when we paid for two guests. The sheets on one of the beds was the wrong size. The lock on one of the rooms was broken; it wouldn’t lock. The repairman couldn’t repair it. The bathroom sink had hideous cracks. One of the sink knobs was broken. There were missing screw covers on the toilet. It took 15 minutes for the water to get hot!

Overall, the convenience to get...
Liked: Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Food at restaurant was very good.
Disliked: It took a long time for the water to get hot in our room and water was leaking from one of the knobs at the sink. Also, no microwave in our room.
