Long Beach Hotel

Superb

Liked: I’ve had the best stay here at Long Beach Hotel. My room was upgrade because I was alone. The bed was super comfy. I was able to sleep peacefully during my three days of stay. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The towels smells good, room is clean and smells good, i had a small fridge, no slippers or toothbrush so bring one. There is a complimentary coffee in the lobby. They have a small store in the lobby for snacks and drinks. I tried the resto and bar and the food was great. Would definitely come back again (hope I get the same room coz I loved it!)

Disliked: Everything. No amenities at all! No cups, no ice bucket, no soap, no wash cloths, minimal towels, uncomfortable bed, no Tv remote, phone to front desk did not work, plugs in bathroom did not work, brown water came out of shower, sink wouldn’t drain, no bath mat, “ shady” people , strong smell of pot, absolutely awful value for the money!!! Huge disappointment!!!! Would not recommend

Awful waste of money

Liked: Close proximity to event we were attending
Disliked: Zero amenities. No wash cloths, no bath mat, no cups in room, missing TV remote, plug in bathroom did not work, phone did not work. Very poor value for the money. Very uncomfortable bed. Loose sheets falling off bed, tiny pillows on King sized bed. Very disappointed. Would not stay again or recommend to anyone. Smelled of pot( yes I know it is legal) Very bad experience!
