Long Beach Hotel

Horrible overpriced hotel stay with...

Liked: False advertisement, I paid 315.00 and the service was terrible, No breakfast, no tv channels, the water was rusty, the front desk never answered no calls, the phone was busy for hours, the front desk attendant was not helpful at all and I had a disappointing stay. I paid too much money for Nothing because the hotel wasn’t worth it
Disliked: The service, the rusty running water, the cost to stay there didn’t match the service nor the quality and the tv didn’t work. No channels at all, no WiFi, no parking at all. Just an excuse for a horrible place and the staff were horrible. Never again will I stay there!

Very poor

Liked: The location is close to the beach and food spot so that's a plus. The small store is nice I guess.
Disliked: We could hear everything in the room above us. It wasn't their fault. The floors just thin and alot of smokers out front that are guests. Super small room for the price point, definitely revamped cheaply. Nicely but cheap. Definitely will not be back until they drop the price.

Great stay and very helpful...

Liked: The room was a lot larger then I expected. The staff at the reception was extremely nice and helpful with information whenever needed and offered more. Very friendly and even offered late checkout if needed. I would recommend this hotel anytime to anyone (but my enemies ;-) )

Great location - one block...

Disliked: No parking easily available. No one to help with baggage. TV did not work. The renovation is very poorly done. Bar closed at 9pm. Kitchen closed.
