Liked: The location of the property is good, about 5~ mins walk to the beach. They also allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in.
Disliked: I’ve never felt so UNSAFE in a hotel before. I’ve never experienced someone opening our room door without even knocking.In the middle of the night, while we were asleep, someone opened our room door. Naturally, we screamed and the man respond, “Front desk, sorry,” before walking away. There was no KNOCK. No explanation. No call. As two women traveling together, this was absolutely terrifying. We were so scared by the incident that we didn’t feel safe leaving our room until morning. When we reported it to the front desk the next day and asked to speak with a manager, we were told the manager would contact us. It’s now been three days, and we’ve heard nothing. No apology, no explanation and nothing to ease our concerns or restore any sense of trust.To be fair, as mentioned earlier, the location is good and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage before check in, but those small positives don’t make up for the serious lack of safety and communication.This was a clear invasion of privacy, and the lack of follow-up makes it even worse. We simply wanted to understand why someone was opening our door in the middle of the night, and instead, we were met with silence.If guest safety and communication mean anything to you, I would not recommend staying here.

Liked: I’ve had the best stay here at Long Beach Hotel. My room was upgrade because I was alone. The bed was super comfy. I was able to sleep peacefully during my three days of stay. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The towels smells good, room is clean and smells good, i had a small fridge, no slippers or toothbrush so bring one. There is a complimentary coffee in the lobby. They have a small store in the lobby for snacks and drinks. I tried the resto and bar and the food was great. Would definitely come back again (hope I get the same room coz I loved it!)
