Liked: The location is the best and it is very well decorated
Disliked: They knew that there was a problem with hot water in the shower but still gave us the room. I ran out of hot water in the middle of the shower. There was a welcome text from the manager which stated that we can contact with any problem. But when we text to the number, it was saying that the number does not work.

Highly recommend staying at London...

It was pleasant sleeping in...

Liked: Feels like your sitting in the heart of Chicago
Disliked: They close the rooftop bar before midnight. Like we are all up there having a good and they cut the it short by 11:45pm.

Wish my stay was longer.

Liked: I loved everything about this place and would 100% stay here again. The location, the rooms, the lobby, everything. Food options in and around although not included were great, and the hotel is right in the middle of everything. Only stayed a night but would love to go for a longer stay if im in Chicago again.
Disliked: Parking is way too expensive but what did i expect its downtown chicago lol
