We were made to feel...

Liked: The staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Although there was a problem with the booking they sorted it out for us very much to our advantage. If we go to Carnlough again we will definitely stay there.
Disliked: The only thing we didn’t like was that the shower was in the bath and having bad knees we were worried about climbing in and out but I am sure if we had mentioned it we would have been given another room but we were only there one night so didn’t worry.

Liked: Staff were very efficient, freindly and welcoming. Food was excellent. Nice to stay in a older hotel with lots of charm.

A fabulous Hotel , great...

Liked: The breakfast was disappointing.. poor coffee in unsuitable pots . Scrambled eggs not good and bacon not great . Disappointing sliced pan toasted??
Disliked: Lovely friendly staff etc but it was absolutely Baltic in the bedroom .. surely someone could have turned on the small electric heater in the bedroom knowing arrival was expected?

Liked: Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was really comfortable and clean and the facilities were excellent.
