The whole hotel needs a complete refurbishment. The front of the hotel looks horrible. I paid £350 for 1 night and expected better.

Liked: Ideal location for Wembley Stadium.
Disliked: Room was dirty; marks on wall and dirty lampshades. Air conditioning unit very noisy.

Overall I would recommend this hotel for future if we go to the arena next year. So hopefully see you guys soon - keep up the hard work.

Liked: Staff were great; rooms were clean and comfortable; ideal location as my nephews were singing in the arena.
Disliked: Too hot in the room. A fan outside was on all night - couldn't sleep properly.

Very good

Liked: Had a radiator that was not working they came to fix it for us when we got cold.
Disliked: When we told them about the radiator not working it seemed like it annoyed them, until they came up and saw it was broken and fixed it. It was fine after that.

Liked: It was a nice area booked two rooms and asked if I could be kept in one room instead of being moved the next day. They accommodated me which was nice
Disliked: Not much to say about not liking i had no bad experiences here.
