The whole hotel needs a complete refurbishment. The front of the hotel looks horrible. I paid £350 for 1 night and expected better.

Liked: Ideal location for Wembley Stadium.
Disliked: Room was dirty; marks on wall and dirty lampshades. Air conditioning unit very noisy.

Overall I would recommend this hotel for future if we go to the arena next year. So hopefully see you guys soon - keep up the hard work.

Liked: Staff were great; rooms were clean and comfortable; ideal location as my nephews were singing in the arena.
Disliked: Too hot in the room. A fan outside was on all night - couldn't sleep properly.

Excellent economy Hotel 10 mins...

Liked: Extremely close to Wembley Stadium and local shopping.Very clean, reception were very friendly and check in took minutesExtremely quiet!
Disliked: Have to ask for extra duvets and pillows before arrival or at check in. Car park is very small.

should have only been £40...

Liked: Location was exactly perfect for Wembley Stadium and near to a few parks and the main train station for Wembley Park with a lot of food and shops nearby.
Disliked: The water in the sink would not go down even after an hour or two and the shower was not properly managed as it came out of the nozzle at high pressures to the point it hurt if you weren't as far as possible from it and the way to control the heat was by spinning it as fast as possible in one direction and hoping you could turn it warm or off before being hit by freezing water. Staff didn't bat an eye to try and rectify the situation with the sink as if they already knew yet still put people in the room.

Liked: Location is great as we were attending a match at Wembley.
Disliked: The hotel is very tired looking. We had an accessible room as my son requires the use of a wheelchair. The shower head leaked everywhere. We had cups, tea and coffee etc but no kettle!! Only one coat hanger to hang clothes.Only continental breakfast included in our stay. Had to pay for cooked breakfast but we only did that one morning as it just wasn’t very nice!
