London - Wembley International Hotel

The whole hotel needs a complete refurbishment. The front of the hotel looks horrible. I paid £350 for 1 night and expected better.

Liked: Ideal location for Wembley Stadium.
Disliked: Room was dirty; marks on wall and dirty lampshades. Air conditioning unit very noisy.

Overall I would recommend this hotel for future if we go to the arena next year. So hopefully see you guys soon - keep up the hard work.

Liked: Staff were great; rooms were clean and comfortable; ideal location as my nephews were singing in the arena.
Disliked: Too hot in the room. A fan outside was on all night - couldn't sleep properly.

Liked: Lovely big spacious rooms, upgraded to free continental breakfast which was such a nice addition. Fantastic location, had a view of Wembley arch from our room. All staff were very pleasant and friendly. Nice way to relax in the hotel bar after a concert at Wembley with a drink and some crisps.
Disliked: Hotel is in need of an upgrade as very dated. The bedroom curtains and nets didn't close properly, shower had to be turned fully round to boiling hot to then turn it down to temperature which was a nightmare as ended up touching boiling hot water. Did not feel that the room was worth the price we paid, looking on the site for non Wembley event days the prices are so much cheaper and its a shame how over priced they are on event days.

Good location, hotel “tired”

Liked: We had a very large room and there was a big aircon machine that whilst it was noisy it was very welcome. We didn’t think we had booked breakfast but we’re told we had and when we got to the restaurant we had also been upgraded to cooked breakfast too. The main thing about this hotel is it’s proximity to Wembley stadium, I have very poor mobility and hate walking in crowds so we could wait until the crowds had left and it only took minutes to get to the hotel. I noticed there is free parking too, although we travelled by train
Disliked: Whilst the cost was very high (we were going to see Coldplay) you can’t blame hotels for putting up their prices! The whole hotel is looking very tired, almost like something out of the 1990s. There were a few cracks and mould in the bathroom too. However this would not put us off staying there again as whilst expensive, it was a lot less than some of the other nearby hotels!

Liked: Great location for Wembley and spacious room and bathroom.
Disliked: Terrible breakfast and staff knocked at door in early hours which was probably due to mistake but no apology.

Liked: The location to Wembley stadium is brilliant especially when you’re travelling as a single mum and child
Disliked: The rooms were tired and a little dirty
