Liked: Staff were very helpful and polite. And the room was clean and bed was comfortable, the street outside was rather noisy but you couldn’t hear anything with the windows closed

Clean and quiet. These are...

Liked: It was clean. I had asked for quiet and good ventilation. Someone had thoughtfully opened the window and I was given a back room (ie not on the road). However it was still extremely hot
Disliked: It was too hot to sleep. A simple electric fan would make a big difference The ironing board was too mean (table top). A proper ironing board is essential. Difficult to control the hot water: it didn’t seem to get cool enough
