Liked: Staff are friendly and very helpful. Great position Lift to floorsVery clean and good sized shower

Reasonable prices, small room, but...

Liked: Very close to Earl's Court tube station and some shops for food. Room was pretty small, but as expected and as advertised. The bathroom was nice. Overall, still slightly on the expensive side for what was offered, but everywhere is getting a bit like that.
Disliked: It was a hot night and the fan in the room didn't do a great job at cooling the room down. It needed some ingenuity of where to place it. Air con would have been great. Also, I wanted breakfast one morning but went to the room and nobody was there and no food was out. I could hear someone in the back. I went in 3 times trying to see what was on offer and If I would be interested. Nobody ever came out, so I went to Burger King instead. Hotel could be better at welcoming guests into breakfast and showing what's on offer (I was there for 3 nights and still don't know).

Liked: I love the hotel is close walking distance to the Earl’s Court Station, restaurants, shops and museums.
Disliked: I wished the hotel rooms had their own mini refrigerator.

A good little hotel, great...

Liked: Very clean room, good access by lift, comfortable beds, great location, and the basics were provided. Location was particularly good. Would recommend to anyone.
Disliked: I didn't 'dislike' anything, the room was small but great, but I noticed that there was no air conditioning and I thought there was no hair dryer till I found it out at the 'desk'. Otherwise it was great.
