the room was nice and...
Liked: The staff was nice , professional and helpful
Disliked: They got a deposit that you have to pay on arrival this was not mentioned on booking and looks like a hidden fee.

Liked: Room was more than adequate, facilities were excellent in the room.
Disliked: I was charged £120 refundable deposit even though the sign at reception said it was £50, I still haven’t received the deposit back as I write this.

Nice place to stay
Liked: A nice place to stay in London on a budget! The room was a bit small but well equipped for a weekend stay with all the essentials and a short walk to the underground. Staff were very nice.
