Liked: We had a great stay! The hotel is in an excellent location, with several stations nearby. We mostly used the metro, which made it very easy to reach central London. The hotel staff were amazing—very helpful and friendly. Our stay was very pleasant: the room was clean, fresh-smelling, and comfortable. Everything was just perfect. All compliments to the team!

Liked: My recent stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I appreciated the smooth check-in process and the overall quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel offers solid value and a great experience. Would stay again!

Decent stay

Liked: Decent room for a quick transit. Good staff and service.

Furnace -

Disliked: The rooms on line are the newer rooms. Second floor - 2 fans were required as it was like a furnace, cud not sleep because of heat. Aircon at the desk and the area down stairs u cud not call it a reception because there were 3 tables and 6 chairs. Obviously you are not meant to sit there. The juicebar like it says on line only opens at 3 in the day so no breakfast no coffee nothing. We stayed 4 nights so disappointed. My sister asked to move room’s because she did not sleep and this was accommodated to the most beautiful room. Are these rooms kept for royalty .

Terrible hotel

Disliked: I have never been in so bad hotel before!!!The room was so bad, the mattress was not levelled somehow, I was keep rolling to one side. The desk was wobbly, only one cup with one spook, had to put the kettle on the floor to make a tea, as the cable was short. In the bathroom no any hanger for the towel. It was very noisy as the hotel is about a pub. The whole evening the lift was going and I could hear the noise even with ear plugs.
