Great location for an after...

Liked: Excellent location near to Westfield Stratford City with good transport links (rail and tube). Comfortable, clean and tidy room with good facilities. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.

Value for money, great for...

Liked: Bedroom and bathroom very clean. Bedroom could do with bit of an update but tidy and comfortable. Great shower in bathroom.
Disliked: Nothing that I didn't like

Very good

Liked: very nice staff, helpful and friendly, they even let me leave my car longer than my stay at their hotel
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the bad smell in the bathroom.

Lovely affordable place

Liked: Lovely staff, peaceful environment. Easy to check in and out and although not very luxurious it was perfect for us who looked for reasonable price but nice place. Room was clean with big double beds, tv, fridge and lots of sockets to charge ur gadgets.

Bad

Liked: Bed was comfortable enough, TV had Netflix, Prime and Youtube on it, fan in room.
Disliked: My room and bathroom absolutely stank of stale cigarettes. I had a mouse run out of my bathroom and out under my door. When I went to inform the guy on reception, he didn't seem phased as if it was a regular occurrence, didn't even apologise either. Window was locked shut. I didn't feel safe with the locking system on the doors as it was very old fashioned locks, so for my own peace of mind I put a chair under the door handle. Staff were strange, when I checked in the receptionist came into my room with me which I found very weird and uncomfortable. He was trying to show me things in the room which was a very very very small room, there was nothing to show. Had another stand outside the hotel staring at me with a weird smile as I waited for a food delivery. Rooms aren't noise isolated so you can hear everything in the hall as if it was in the room. Soap provided felt greasy too.
