Nice place to rest for...

Liked: The room was very quiet, good for a good rest. The parking was easily accessible and also it was close to several buss stops and metro/subway lines.
Disliked: I cannot think of anything that bothers me from the hotel. Probably a little too expensive? but probably all of London is like that.

Liked: Nice room
Disliked: Was using their conference facilities & the room was not cleaned properly (very dirty carpet) before we arrived or over the 3 days we were there despite having requested it. I personally didn't find the conference team very friendly -though there were brilliant exceptions to this & Victor deserves a special mention in terms of customer support.

Trip with the relations

Liked: Very handy location for getting into the city, lovely room, staff were great. Was a bit confused about the booking deposit when I came home and staff were very responsive and helpful.
Disliked: No negatives, for the price and proximity to city was good value. Will stay again.

Definitely recommend

Liked: The size of the room. It was spacious and a short walk to Kilburn Park tube station.
Disliked: The one lift didn't work for the entire week we were there.
