Nice hotel, good location, great...

Liked: Good location - smelled great. Refurbished room was nice
Disliked: Public areas undergoing a refit which made it not such a nice atmosphere to eat in. Understandable but still a detractor

Very clean and roomy with...

Liked: Great value and location (we had an event at Kew The Music). Friendly, smiley staff. Immaculately clean. Really comfy beds. Bar open until midnight so great for a nightcap.

Perfect location for us

Liked: Location and parking included
Disliked: For a premium room, they were not very well equipped - we had just 2 tea bags, 2 coffee sachets and 2 milk sachets.A premium premier inn room, includes a coffee pod machine, and enough milk for more than one hot drink each.
