Bad food and noisy

Liked: Clean spacious bedroom
Disliked: No number to contact room service, I had to go down to order. Food was poor- salmon fillet was overcooked and inedible. Was woken up before 6.30am by the gym next door with loud music and someone shouting down a microphone. I tried to speak to someone about it at the front desk but it was shrugged off that they didn’t know the class timetable. Very poor

Although there was work carried...

Liked: Hotel has just finished renovations. Amazing and spacious rooms. Modern and clean.
Disliked: Car park was far away. Difficult when you have a toddler. There is a drop off outside the hotel
