Liked: nice comfortable beds
Disliked: staff were rude, especially in the restaurant Bills all incorrect we booked under a promotion and then we had to argue that we had couldn't get in or out of the car park as broken and nobody was releasing the doorsAdvertised with pool , well the leisure facilities offered were disgusting , filthy and we couldn't use the pool

We spend a pleasant time....

Liked: The staff makes the difference. The first receptionist was very welcoming helpful. The location was quite far from center.
Disliked: We took tickets for the bus hop on hop off from the hotel. But the man who sold the tickets was not well informed about and the next day we were surprised with the fact that the hop on hop off company canceled the route we wanted to follow. We did not use the tickets that were already paid.

Will be coming here again

Liked: We came to London this weekend for a wedding it was the perfect location for our wedding.Our rooms were perfect as our mum was opposite our room as we requested.Staff were lovely our rooms were just perfect.Thank you for making this special weekend stress free

A steal in the heart...

Liked: The breakfast is unbelievable..... it's a steal for the price. Awesome.
Disliked: Ticked all the boxes. TV perhaps needs upgrading. I struggled to connect my device to watch movies on Prime.

Liked: Room and bathroom were good. Bed very comfortable. Location excellent for my needs. Staff were very helpful and pleasant
Disliked: The room was incredibly stifling and hot and despite turning the room temp down to its lowest setting (18c) it was too warm. The TV didn't work for the first 3 days. Wifi sometimes switched off when I was streaming. On one of the days, I returned at 4.30pm to find the room had not been serviced.
