Liked: Location and standards of cleanliness were excellent. M club is a great idea , but didn’t feel luxury

Liked: The location is great.But to be honest, Hotel, room settings are old , facilities are old, is expensive compared to some new hotels.

Not a 5 star anymore

Liked: We have stayed at this hotel many times but sadly this trip will be the very last at this hotel and we will seek to find a replacement for future visits.This hotel no longer conducts itself as a 5 star, instead operates more like a 3 star.The room rate is extremely excessive for a “5 star hotel” considering it does not meet the expectation of standards.The air conditioning in the rooms DO NOT work, I dread to think what it will be like in the summer months. During the early hours of the morning we awoke to hot and stuffy room, even though the air conditioning was set to cold.When mentioned to Management they told us to open the window and brought cheap desk fans to our room.We were offered to change rooms, spending a large amount of our time checking multiple rooms to come to the same conclusion - The air conditioning does not work!! Frustrating!!Each guest should be able to dictate what temperature they want their room to be, just as all other hotels operate.Overall, we left exhausted from lack of sleep and from 2 very uncomfortable nights at this hotel.
