Perfect place to stay for...

Liked: The location was perfect as it was very close to the dlr and underground, making it very accessible to the rest of London, whilst also being in a nice safe area meaning we could walk around without feeling on edge constantly. The staff themselves where perfect from start to finish and went the step further to accommodate for my early check in.

Good

Liked: Very conveniently located in the central business district. On the Elizabeth line, which makes getting to and from the airport easy.
Disliked: Bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected of the Marriott

Liked: Clean.Comfortable Aspect of room itself quiet Good location
Disliked: We Booked several weeks ago a room facing the wharf. When we were checking in we were told they had “ overbooked “ those rooms and they had all gone! .. We had a room out the back which was very comfortable HOWEVER.. the Air ventilation whined ALL night.. and although bed very comfortable we had a poor nights sleep.So in a way a poor start to our break and a poor nights sleep.. not making it an experience we’d want to repeat.

Great service, very comfy beds,...

Liked: We had an issue which meant we had to checkout two hours later. We phoned up reception and they extended our checkout for two hours without question, free of charge. Beds were incredibly comfy.
Disliked: No pool

Amazing location. Hotel needs improvement

Liked: The location was 5 star. Fabulous area and great transport links
Disliked: The hotel was over priced for what it was. It’s supposed to be 5 star. The shower curtain was hanging off the rail, tried to order room service via their app and it wouldn’t work. Tried calling reception and nobody answered. Facilities were average. The drinks in Wimbledon at the tennis were cheaper than in the hotel.
