Average hotel but great location
Liked: Location is great and door staff very friendly.
Disliked: Very tired and decor very basic. Breakfast was also basic and not worth the money.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The breakfast menu was not specified when booking, but I couldn't cancel it as it was booked through booking.comWe wanted the pancakes but were asked to pay extra on top of paying £25each for breakfast.The room was not cleaned and stocked for new guests. There are only 1 pair of slippers when 2 people are staying in the room. Toiletries were used by previous guests. Room service food was okay, not great, but staff delivering was great. Toilet was not flushing properly So this hotel is not 5 stars at all it could be 3 stars.

Liked: Good size suite, excellent bedding, attentive staff
Disliked: One lift erratic / not working for 2 days, fixed by the time we left

Great stay but could be...
Liked: Reception team very friendly and welcoming, room was great with stunning views. Breakfast and lounge access were included with the room booked which was a nice surprise.
Disliked: I stayed with 2 friends and we called reception to ask for an extra cover we were told to call in the morning (day of our check out) as housekeeping had left and they had no access to any linen. Friend slept on the sofa, no pull out bed.
