Liked: The view and closeness to the train station. We ordered room service for breakfast, very tasty
Disliked: You are paying for the location and views. The room itself was no different to many of the less costly hotels, the bed base was dirty and signs of tearing.

Fabulous staff made the stay...

Liked: Lovely staff, great service. Brilliant location, The room had everything needed and was incredibly clean and quiet. Can’t recommend the hotel enough - everything was brilliant.The staff were definitely the USP of this hotel.. The breakfast room was as busy but the staff (Leanna?) made sure everyone knew what was going on, how long they were likely to wait and made sure everyone was looked after. And Aaron who looked after our bags and checked we got where we needed to was amazing.
Disliked: Shame there were no exec twin rooms, this meant we couldn’t have a high room with a view or get to experience the executive bar.

Liked: Its location was handy for the event we were attending
Disliked: I did not like the fact that they take a £50 deposit usually you just check the card just in case you damage anything. They took two accidentally off me and the staff would not deal with it on the day leaving me without my spending money. They said it would be returned immediately on leaving hotel. I STILL have not received my money and they are not responding to my messages. If you have plenty of money this may not be a problem for you. Those of us treating ourselves more of a problem. I would definitely say the rooms are nothing special either! Very average when i thought i was having a treat hotel for the night.
