Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is located in a lovely quiet area of London and the travel options, especially on the tube, suited us perfectly - even arriving from Heathrow as there were lifts at both ends of our quick journey along the Piccadilly Line.
Disliked: Noting I can think of.

Very convenient and comfortable stay.

Liked: Reasonably close to Earl’s Court station that has direct lines to Heathrow and Wimbledon. A short walk the other way and buses take you right into the heart of London. Lift, aircon and refrigerator included.
Disliked: Room was a little squeezy and shower over bath.

Liked: Location, location, location! Kensington is a terrific area of London. It feels like a small neighbourhood, but it’s close to so many things that a tourist needs. Earl’s Court Underground is less than 10 minutes walk away. Heathrow Airport is just a Piccadilly Tube ride away. So are all the museums and great attractions. Lots of restaurants abound with ethnic fare from all over the world alongside pubs. It’s just an easy walk to Kensington High Street for fantastic shopping. Also it’s a very easy walk to Kenton Gardens for a lovely walk in the park. The breakfasts, though not sumptuous, had lots of choices of juices, yogurts, breads and danish, cheese and cold meats, and very good coffee.
Disliked: The bathroom needs upgrading. Grab bars especially in the bathtub for safely getting into and out of the very deep tub.

Great location

Liked: Location is great, the entire personnel is polite and helpful, the porridge in the morning was excellent.
Disliked: The Victorian rooms vibe is not for everyone but we did appreciate the historical significance.

Very good

Liked: Location was great, Earls Ct tube was a 5 min walk away. Hotel is small with good staff, very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast is more than sufficient with fresh squeezed juices, fresh fruits, yoghurt, cereals, cold meats & cheeses, pastries etc. I didn't try the full English that is cooked to order along with many other alternatives on the menu.A heatwave was in full swing when I stayed, so the air conditioning in the room was a real bonus when returning from a day's work.The room was clean, comfortable and serviced every day.
Disliked: Nothing really
