Great location

Liked: Location is great, the entire personnel is polite and helpful, the porridge in the morning was excellent.
Disliked: The Victorian rooms vibe is not for everyone but we did appreciate the historical significance.

Liked: Location was great, Earls Ct tube was a 5 min walk away. Hotel is small with good staff, very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast is more than sufficient with fresh squeezed juices, fresh fruits, yoghurt, cereals, cold meats & cheeses, pastries etc. I didn't try the full English that is cooked to order along with many other alternatives on the menu.A heatwave was in full swing when I stayed, so the air conditioning in the room was a real bonus when returning from a day's work.The room was clean, comfortable and serviced every day.

Liked: I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff. They are all wonderful: Mandy, the ‎manager, and all the ladies working at the reception. They are attentive, quick to find solutions and fix problems (there was a small issue with the shower), and, most importantly, they are genuinely nice. The hotel is super clean. Wi-Fi is ‎fantastic. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is wonderful. The hotel is situated a five-minute walk from Earl’s Court Underground Station. The area is home to numerous food stores, ‎restaurants, laundries, and other facilities. The location is safe, and the area is nice-looking, with a ten-minute walk to the parks and the Kyoto Garden. Highly recommended!‎

A friendly, comfortable hotel ideal...

Liked: A comfortable, well-furnished room in a quiet street convenient for London Underground. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was very quiet.
Disliked: Would have liked a better selection in the coffee/tea tray eg herbal teas and hot chocolate.
