Liked: The hotel has lots of character, staff are very efficient especially for small hotel. Room size was good for a similar hotel, location is exceptional.
Disliked: Our room didn’t have a walking shower, however we had no problems adjusting.

Liked: This was a charming, clean, and excellently managed property with the kindest staff. The beds were very soft and comfortable, and it was quiet at night, with that quintessentially charming British decor. I can't say enough about the helpful staff—Tamoko and the rest were lovely. Excellent cappuccinos too! :)The area is fantastic—very walkable to Kensington and Kensington Gardens, and close to several metro stations. Everything was spotless, the air conditioning worked well, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning.

Liked: It is located in a beautiful residential area, so it’s quiet and nice to walk around. It’s close to a tube station as well as shops and restaurants. The room was small but very well designed and comfortable. The breakfast was great and all staff were polite and helpful.
Disliked: Just the lift.

Liked: Very clean room with lift and air conditioning. Quiet street but very close to good restaurants and 10 minutes walk to Earls Court tube

Liked: Great location, way walk to Earls Court tube station. The hotel is in a lovely quiet street and our room was really comfortable. Staff were friendly and easy to access late at night with your key card.
