Superb

Liked: The location is perfect, the neighbourhood is beautiful. The hotel is located a walking distance from the metro station (direct line to the Heathrow airport). Walking distance from South Kensington museums and parks. The staff was very friendly, helpful and made everyone feel welcome. My room was quiet and I could hear birds chirping in the morning. The room was small but had everything I needed. Breakfast was varied, coffee was excellent.
Disliked: I really enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable and close to transport

Liked: Location was very close to bus stops and train station. Beds were comfortable. Towels were soft and water hot. Had a fridge which was a nice change. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: TV screen was a bit small.

A well run and friendly...

Liked: The room was comfortable, the shower was excellent. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The location was reasonably near to the underground and the neighbourhood was generally quiet. There were several good eateries within walking distance on Earls Court Road. The staff kindly looked after our cases on the day we checked out so that we didn't have to trail them around with us. They also lent us an umbrella, which saved the day!
Disliked: The pillows were rather hard but this was the only minor criticism.

Friendly staff comfy beds

Liked: Lovely friendly staff, comfy beds. Great location close to the tube station. The area has good pubs and restaurants and take away food. Quiet area and lovely.
