Liked: Fantastic location. Very quiet yet only a few minutes walk to lots of shops and eateries and the train station. Walking distance to Notting Hill, Kensington Gardens and Palace and we walked on to Buckingham Palace from there as well. Very clean and rooms serviced each day. Could probably get cheaper but for us it was fantastic. We chose a garden view room which does cost a bit more. Was nice overlooking the garden.
Disliked: No restaurant facilities but not an issue for us. They provide breakfast at £15 each but we did not have breakfast there as plenty of options down the street.

Excellent stay, worth the price.

Liked: Pretty lobby, clean hall way, clean and spacious room.
Disliked: Some bit of the room and toilet shown worn out. Lack some extra equipment like an iron or slippers.

We had better expectations

Liked: Location is excellent, close to very nice neighborhoods and the Subway. Cleanliness is very good and also the room is spotless. Breakfast is ok but not exceptional, it could improve by adding more vegetables to the menu.
Disliked: The bathroom sink is miniscule even though there is sufficient room for a larger one, and every time you use it water splashes all over the place.The toiletries were not refilled during our stay even though we ran out of one of them during the first day.The king bed is quite small and the mattress not very comfortable.

Excellent Hotel location, best if...

Liked: Excellent neighbourhood close to Hyde Park and tube stations. Nice Hotel building outside. Breakfast is also good, especially those yummy muffins!
Disliked: The room was very small, even though we knew it will be 10 m2. I could even hear people walking on the above room. It could have been cleaner and also I think soon it should be renovated a bit.
