Was fine. No shuttle to...

Liked: It was one of the only hotels in close to Heathrow that had a pool, something we wanted for our kids to do before the long flight. The lobby was nice. They provided a pack n' play so we didn't have to set ours up.
Disliked: We we shocked they didn't provide a shuttle to Heathrow, we have never stayed in an airport hotel that doesn't provide this service. Taxis wouldn't come to the hotel via Gett for some reason, so we had to pay nearly $40 for an Uber to drive us 7 minutes to the airport. We were pretty frustrated. I think in future we will stay off the Elizabethan Line which makes getting to Heathrow so much easier.

Liked: Staff were excellent and convenient location. Dinner was fine, choices for 6 including two children.
Disliked: Breakfast…. I would describe it as adequate. My 11 year old Grandaughter reads everything and told us all that an item on the children’s menu was more expensive than the adults equivalent. Menu mentioned unlimited tea, coffee etc. only offered one cup. My husband and I always grade a place by the breakfast and this did not come high…

Good - except for terrible...

Disliked: No shuttle to/from Terminal 2; no communication at all in anything provided on hotel website or that showed me how to get from Terminal 2 to hotel. Finally, after 30" looking at ALL bus schedules, I took a taxi for the very short-haul fare for the driver. VERY FRUSTRATING. From hotel to Terminal 2, much better system of booking a shuttle van. It worked fine.
