Really friendly staff, great location,...

Liked: Location was great, just out the way of the hustle and bustle. The area felt safe and it was a 5 minute walk from the tube. We stayed for a gig at Wembley which was 4 miles away.There was also parking available at the hotel!
Disliked: The hotel rooms are a little tired but honestly, there isn’t much to not like. We had a great stay!

Liked: staff were friendly.
Disliked: rooms were a little small and cramped, one of the rooms we booked also had clear signs of water damage on the walls. the door to the shower was damaged which made it difficult to get into. beds were quite firm (more of a preference I know). and only 2 pillows were provided (for two people).keys are also quite large which resulted in me nearly having it confiscated by security when I went to Wembley.

Very friendly staff and comfortable...

Liked: The staff were very friendly, even going as far as to explain which trains would be running at the end of my concert so I could effectively get back to the accomodation from the stadium. This made me feel genuinely cared for and as if the staff had my best interest at heart. The room itself was very nice. It was clean and although it wasn't extremely spacious, I did not mind because I was only there for one night. But in saying that, I had enough space to get ready very comfortably for my concert. The room had a working fan which I really appreciated as it was a very hot day, and there was also tea and coffee available. All in all, I would highly recommend OYO Guesthouse to anyone :)
