Liked: Staff was very nice. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Needs a bit of deep cleaning. And bucket of fresh paint. But for price you pay in London, it's good.

Liked: As I was on a business trip,the location was good.
Disliked: Room needs painting,wall going into bathroom was dirty..Only one cup and spoon.I asked for a knife to cut frouit and they couldn't find one.Should have a microwave..Upon cleaning room ,no clean towels changed .

Liked: Extremely friendly service upon arrival, we were a bit early but were offered an alternative room if we didn’t want to wait, we were offered to be shown the room first too. The room was spotless, comfortable bed and an amazing shower! Very good value for money. There was always someone at reception and parking was an added bonus.
Disliked: Not much to say, will certainly return
