Exceptional - 5 out of 5

James, Brantford, visiting London Music Hall Mon, 5 December 2016

The room we got was very spacious and close to the events we were going to and it was cheap enough for the location that the hotel is in.

Liked: Big enough for 2 people.

Disappointing - 2 out of 5

Betty, Kitche, visiting First St. Andrew's United Church London Tue, 10 November 2015

We are happy to have a kitchen - we juice every morning and so this is a necessity. The parking being charged - the way it was explained to me by is that the Hotel management changed their policy in September 2015; we booked mid June for a November stay so the line is hazy, but promised to reimburse us which is nice. The screaming neighbours and banging doors in the early hours of the morning is definitely a negative - we would have paid better money for a restful sleep. Four nights in a row like that is not good when you're on a vacation, but we didn't bother the front desk; we figured if we can hear and our friend on another floor can hear it loud and clear, the staff would too! Plus they have their hands full with the front foyer full of fighting guests! It is a rough crowd even for downtown location.

Liked: The price was right; it is nice to have a kitchen.
Disliked: Screaming neighbours into the wee hours of the night; they charged parking - my booking confirmation said free.

Andrew, Niagara Falls, visiting London Music Hall Tue, 29 September 2015

All round it was a decent stay but the bedding and amenities were very poor and cheap. For the price I could not complain and the overall stay was okay but it could use a revamping.

Liked: Front desk attendant Samantha was wonderful.
Disliked: The room could use a light renovation and touch up to most fixtures and outlets.

Liked: Nice staff.
Disliked: Smelly; TV didn't work.

Liked: The property worked out well for my short business trip - walkable distance to most offices, restaurants and access to cabs. The staff especially Alan was very helpful and efficient. Chloe during check-in was courteous.
Disliked: The sink drain was clogged and the shower was half dead but given the property is a renovated 1970s building it?s understandable. The elevator is also vintage so kindly fix it with care :)

Janet Mon, 10 June 2019

Our stay was miserable, awful...

Liked: We weren't even offered breakfast. WE didn't like anything about the hotel. It was dirty, it smelled like wet dog, the elevator was banging and jumping around. It felt like a death trap. The guy at the front desk was not helpful to us at all. He did not know the area and couldn't help us find a McDonalds or a Tim Hortons. The restaurant he recommended for dinner was disgusting, Dirty and the worst food ever. Never go back again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS - this is the first time I have ever completed a review thats how bad this place was..................horrible.
Disliked: Didn't like anything - see above

Disliked: Smells like there is a grow op. Level 2. Bed comforters were thin; air con was loud; room felt grimy. The front desk attendant needed prompting to do his job. I would never stay here again.
