Liked: For what we needed it was a good location and clean.
Disliked: The room was boiling. The bed and pillows were absolutely atrocious. I now have severe neck and shoulder pain. The staff are friendly and very polite however, English is clearly not there first language so you have to repeat yourself alot with a little game of charades. They are currently doing some refurbishment work which wasn't a problem and we're made aware of this before hand. However, we came back one evening to find our room number had changed so had to work out which floor we were on and which our room was by counting however many doors after the cleaning and if all else fails try your card on each door!

My stay was fantastic and...

Liked: The bathroom was excellent with the hot water. The place was very neat and clean. The bed is too narrow
Disliked: There should be a small fridge to keep our water and drinks. I came from America and our hotels were equipped with fridge and microwave for convenience. I was surprised that there wasn’t any fridge in my room. If that is tradition in London or UK I don’t have any problem with that. Any time I visit London in future and I will be there because I enjoy my stay over there.

Disliked: The room was small and no WiFi on the television to watch netflix

Liked: The facilities were good. The rooms were being renovated.
Disliked: The bathroom was cold and the room blinds were not thick enough to keep out security lights nearby.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: I have in my bed bed bags ally body was hurting after this very bad experience
