Could have been better

Liked: Location is very good
Disliked: Housekeeping team extremely noisy. We woke up everyday with their loud talks in the corridor. They tried to get in room 3 times, rudely, 1h after we checked in. We had an early flight so we were trying to sleep. When reported to the crew they didn’t care about it. Room is too small. Bedside probably 140, but you can’t find it anywhere. There is no space to leave the luggage and bags.

Traveling with teenager

Liked: Excellent value for money accomodation next to tube station. Small room, but sufficient for us, as we mainly roamed around the city. The location was perfect, many restaurants nearby and next to tube station with District Line and Piccadilly Line. The service of the staff was superb.

Liked: Great location, just down the road from the tube. Comfortable bed and a sizeable bathroom considering it was a single room

All in all, would stay...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful, the receptionist carried my heavy suitcase both up and down the stairs - again, merci beaucoup! Wonderful location and room was well decorated. Bathroom was spacious.
Disliked: Room was very small for three people. We had been informed of this beforehand though.

Liked: Great location. Great stuff. There’s an air conditioner in the room which is wonderful.
Disliked: For me it wasn’t a problem, but you should take under consideration that there are room in Level 3, and there’s no elevator.
