Exceptional

Liked: Great Customer Service... We had read previous reviews complaining about the music from bar being too loud at night. I reached out and requested a 2 suites away from the bar and it was perfect. We had a balcony and 0 noise.

Nice stay for the price.

Liked: The fully functioning kitchenette with cutlery and dishes.
Disliked: Not a good view from the balcony. The floor was uneven in our room and had low water pressure the McMaster shower.

Disliked: Windows didn’t lock shit on roof level, won’t stay here again. Security in rooms doesn’t seem important.

Absolutely amazing, great value, great...

Liked: This resort is amazing and a real value. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Love the bar onsite, band during happy hour with half off appetizers. Walking distance to everything. Great views right on the river. You can’t go wrong here.

Great resort hotel

Liked: Loved our stay here , it was only an overnight stay on our road trip in Arizona so glad that we stopped , the staff from checking in to leaving where fabulous, we ate in Martini Bay , the food and service where excellent , plus a beautiful sunset , our room was superb, with everything we needed and more sad we couldn’t stay longer , my partner was thrilled to see London Bridge as he had walked over it when he was a boy over the Thames so very nostalgic trip to him . Thanks again highly recommend staying

We had a fun stay...

Liked: Good bed; beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very clean room. We enjoyed walking around the outdoor area and around the lake. The pizza restaurant and coffee shop were good and within close walking distance to the hotel. We could watch the lake activity from the outdoor seating at the restaurant. Other restaurants were a quick walk or drive away.
Disliked: This wasn’t the quietest room we have had. There was a big gap around the door to our sleeping space, and we could hear people in the hall that sounded as if they were at our door (maintenance, cleaning service, peoples’s conversations). We were very disappointed in the restaurant that was part of the hotel. The bar overlooking the pool was very relaxing; the bartender was personable, friendly and excellent.
