London Bridge Hotel

Overall a pleasant stay, but...

Liked: Great location, nice breakfast, friendly staff
Disliked: Noise insulation can be improved. On one side - noticible noise from aircon./pipe. On the other side - train noise is quite disruptive. The sound of doors slamming is unacceptable, especially for rooms near lifts.

Liked: Perfect location. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: We weren't staying longer.

Excellent value for money hotel...

Liked: We felt safe. The location was good for the London Bridge pier, station and tube. The room was super comfortable. White Company toiletries. One of the group loved the oat milk sachets. Much friendlier staff on check in who also gave us drinks vouchers for the birthday we were celebrating.
Disliked: When we first arrived we didn't feel hugely welcomed. We also wanted to split the overall bill between us but we had to pay per room which made it more complicated and in the end one person had to pay on her credit card. One lift was not working.

Great location. Reasonable value. Would...

Liked: Style of the lobby and bar and welcome on arrival were great. We were given a room with extra support in the bathroom for my elderly Mum on check in. Service and drinks in the bar were very good.
Disliked: Unfortunate to be directed to the expensive buffet breakfast downstairs when a much nicer and cheaper an la carte option was available in the bar upstairs.

Liked: Location, staff, clean and fresh smell about the property.
Disliked: Housekeeping wasn't always done completely each day. The second lift being out of action for the whole stay made travel between floors slow in some instances. Room size very small and no advice when booking about the restricted view.
