Very good hostel for a...

Liked: The front desk people were just amazing and very friendly, and also the cleaners. Everyone always willing to help and always with a very friendly vibe.I feel very happy I found this hostel, very good for the price in general!The breakfast was always good and cheap and the facilities are very good.
Disliked: -The bathrooms need to be cleaned more often.- Pillows definitely need to be changed.

Superb

Liked: I think it was excellent value for money, and breakfast for just 3 pounds was great. Those wall decorations were lovely. I'd stay there again when I come to London.
Disliked: The bed was a bit hard, but it was alright.

Nasty Staff

Liked: I like their facility and the fact that it was clean
Disliked: There's this nasty staff called Nelly,, am sorry to say but i think she needs proper hospitality training cos what!!!Gal is rude and lacks mannersThere ard still cool ones like Victor, Ayo and KimberlyAyo is my favorite though
