Liked: This hostel is good, but Nelly at front desk is the best! She speaks a whole bunch of languages, loves and knows her work, and has so many fascinating stories to tell!

Liked: Atmosphere and energy, the people.
Disliked: Bed, pillow and duvet, but i've spoiled myself at home. Was still better than anticipated!

Friendly, Safe, Comfortable.

Liked: As a woman this a great place to stay. A lot of other hostels that I have been to during my 2 week stay in London were horrible but this one made feel safe and comfortable. Actually felt social unlike others that try to appear to be…. Staff were nice (Ryan, Marit and Maria especially) and people I slept were respectful which I don’t know if that was a miracle or not
Disliked: I think of the bad is out done by the good of this hostel and honesty might come back if I ever decide to return to London.

A very fun and chill...

Liked: I really enjoyed the atmosphere at the hostel and it was very nice that there was lots of social activities to take part in so you didn’t really have to be alone except if you wanted to. It was easy to prepare and store your own food which really made the stay very budget friendly. The staff was just extremely nice and helpful and made the trip feel very safe and fun. Would definetly visit again!
