Disliked: The instruction emails were a little bit sparse of information. It was not clear what would exactly be provided in the pod which meant a few items purchased beforehand were unnecessary, and at the same time more was needed aka cups to act as mugs at least for the kettle etc. I think the expectation with pod stayers should be that they are not always going to be as equipped as those who campervan/caravan/glamp etc., particularly as they can be coming to you on foot. So a few additional items, or a more fulsome description of what is included in the pod would have been helpful The timers of the showers were far too fast and made showering difficult/unpleasant
