Set among the hills and woodlands surrounding Loch Lomond Lomond Woods Holiday Park is located in the picturesque village of Balloch 20 miles north of Glasgow city center. Guests can take part in ranger-led walks in Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National park or enjoy water sports cycling and fishing in the local area. A choice of caravans and lodges are available at Lomond Woods and all feature a fully equipped kitchen private bathroom and a dining area. A children's playground and games room with table tennis and pool are available on site as well as free parking. Golf courses at Cameron House and Buchannan castle are open to the public and both can be reached within a 15-minute drive. Loch Lomond Sea Life Aquarium is a 5-minute drive away.

Good short break

Liked: Location was good, close to shops and a couple of restaurants. Caravan was clean overall and had everything needed for a short stay.
Disliked: Where our caravan was situated you could hear a lot of traffic noise. There was also really loud music playing one night but couldn't figure out where from, this kept me awake for a while.

Had a lovely stay with...

Liked: Location is brilliant, staff were all very helpful and lovely. WiFi was poor but that's my only complaint.
Disliked: Poor WiFi
