Wonderful stay in the heart...
Liked: Very organized and location is perfect. Walking to the attractions in Balloch

Very lovely immaculate site and...
Liked: Location and added bonus the pod was kitted out with cutlery and dishes, very hot and clean shower/toilet blocks.
Disliked: The booking system is a bit of a faff if you book through a 3rd party and have a dog, you have to go to the website to pay the extra but when I went to pay it showed a 0 balance so I phoned to pay to be told go back to website it still showed 0 balance so I phoned again and payment accepted. On departure I asked at reception for details of the other pods a helpful lady said she could show us one and to go to website for details but I found it not very clear as you need to put dates in would be good to see list of pods and prices.

Very good
Liked: Excellent value for money. Spotlessly clean and well equipped pods. Perfect for a stop over on a longer route. Dog friendly. Quiet well kept site. Toilet facilities for the pods were close by, private and clean. Checking in was automated and worked perfectly. Regular helpful contact from the staff ( email and text).
Disliked: On the night we stayed it was very hot, and the pod became very hot so was difficult to sleep. A little fan may have helped in that situation. But the weather was exceptional

Very good
Liked: The park is clean and very peaceful.
Disliked: The only reason I wouldn’t stay here again is there is shared wifi, which really means no wifi. I had to go off site to check emails etc. Also, should be a full length mirror in the unit. No basics like salt, pepper, and had to purchase a frying pan.

Disliked: The hours of check inIt is difficult if you travelling from another country to be there for check in between 4.00 and 8.00 p.m.It must be more flexible
