Disliked: Disco immediately below my room copmpletly unacceptable these rooms should not be rented out on a Saturday night disco started 11pm finishing at 3 am impossible to sleep the whole room reverberating with the noise which sounded like a jackhammer constant repetitive boom boom boom . No towels in room then supplied with dirty towels with brown mark on - I have a photo!

Never stay here find somewhere...

Liked: Hotel in easy to find location
Disliked: It took 10mins to find someone to check me in. Although I was pre warned they had a night club open until 3am the music was very loud. People coming up into where the rooms are shouting and banging doors constantly from 10pm is an absolute disgrace. Asking what room the girls are in had me questioning what was actually going on that Friday night.

Disliked: A few minor issues that need fixing; lack of sink plug, sink taps not screwed down so twist, door closures need adjusting to stop doors slamming. All reported so they are aware and have opportunity to fix.

Handy for location, but stayed...

Liked: Location good for what I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was prewarned about the noise from the nightclub (which didn't affect me anyway).
Disliked: "Free wifi throughout" - Helpful if the free wifi was actually connected to the internet however.Kettle provided, some loose teabags in a glass. No cup or mug to drink it from though.Warning above sink about how hot the water gets. Unfortunately, not able to mix hot and cold as there was no plug for the sink.It was a shared bathroom, and other guests left it in a complete mess. - perhaps a need to continually check.As for general cleanliness, a previous guest in my room, may have tried to use the sink as a WC for No. 2

Disliked: Only one towel between 2 people, no hand towel, very cold room, weren’t told on booking or check in about it being very noisy, slats were falling off if the bed.
