Liked: Staff was so helpful and even helped us buy train tickets. They also run a nice cafe downstairs. Room had stunning view of Chateau castle. Also short walk to many shops and restaurants. Elevator was also nice touch.

Liked: Location is superb, just across from the castle. Not noisy, even with window open. Breakfast was outstanding, and morning staff was friendly and accommodating, with excellent English. Evening staff was welcoming, friendly & helpful. However, we were told the elevator was accessible through the lobby until 9pm. She shut down lobby access prior to 7:45pm, however, so my handicapped sister was forced to use the stairs. Unacceptable service! We chose the hotel for its location (good) and elevator access to upper floors (unreliable). E
