Basic, good and clean

Liked: Good value for money, if you want to stay close Glaz arena and Cesson-Sevigne town, which is like 25 mins away from Rennes by bus.
Disliked: The ground floor, reception area had an odd smell. Luckily we had our rooms on the 1st floor!
