Pleasant

Liked: Rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk folks are warm and accommodating. It’s in an awesome location.
Disliked: The rooms are very dark. If you have an evening engagement, you’ll find that without the natural light from the large windows it’s difficult to do make up or shave. The shower was bizarre - tiny double rain shower head with zero water pressure that sprayed everywhere except where I needed it to. Finally my room faced the street and I was awaken at 5 am to dump trucks and construction.

Great once we checked in.

Liked: Nice room and great location.
Disliked: When we got there the door was locked. We rang the doorbell and tried the 2 phone numbers on the door but no answer. We gave up and went to the hotel next door to see if they had a room. We told them what happened and they said it happens all the time and we had to go to a different hotel about a block away to get our key card.

Liked: Easy access to the French Quarter. Parking lot right across the street. Great little breakfast spot on the corner called Majoriams. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Extremely quiet and private…which is very difficult to find in the French Quarter
Disliked: Not a thing

Disliked: Poor customer service- lighting bad- no microwave - furniture uncomfortable- loud environment all night- no staff available for assistance- door stuck- half the lights did not work -

Liked: What breakfast lol had some nasty coffee at the other building across the street. Did not like that at all.
Disliked: Ummm the mouse running across the floor and them under the platform bed at 11:40pm!! When I told front desk they said well orkin just came so they might be running.
