Beautiful resort but we hated...

Liked: We were put into a handicap room and the bathroom was huge with a single sink, no counter top area, no towel holders or hooks and the magnified makeup mirror was hung so low that you could only use it if you were in a wheel chair. It wasn’t height adjustable so useless! There were numerous grab bars but they were installed too low. The bathroom was one of the worst designs and such a waste of space. I’ve been in handicap accessible bathrooms and this one was poorly designed. I asked twice if we could be moved to a non handicap room and was told it shouldn’t be a problem but never heard back from anyone.
