Liked: Spacious rooms, very clean and modern! Staff were wonderful! Car service is really useful!
Disliked: Nothing!

Comfortable hotel with great location,...

Liked: Had a great breakfast at the restaurant downstairs—delicious food and fast friendly service. Nice location, especially if you are visiting Vanderbilt University. Some desk staff helpful (the night manager was super and tried to correct and compensate for our troubles), but others not so knowledgeable or helpful. Great water pressure in the shower and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Appreciated that they still had daily housekeeping unlike many hotels now.
Disliked: We asked for adjoining rooms but did not receive them despite being told otherwise in confirmation call the day before. Parking is expensive and no in/out privileges. The TV in one of our rooms did not work. The keys were finicky and did not always open our doors. “Double” beds were definitely not big enough for two people to be comfortable—more like glorified twin beds. I was told they’re about to undergo a big renovation, so maybe these things will be addressed.

Disappointing

Hotel needs an uplift. $50...

Fantastic, I will come back

Liked: Great stay--the staff were exceptional, the bed super comfy, the room was quiet. All of the equipment in the gym worked and was up to date, the restaurant food was terrific, and great music! Terrific all the way around.
Disliked: Not much it is a terrific hotel. I suppose it would have been nice if the lobby store had more of a selection and some of the USB outlets in the room did not work.
