Disliked: If you pick something up and looking at it at the Mimi bar you should not be charged for it if you did not eat or drink it you just reading and looking at it I got charged for a drink that I did not drink at all

Liked: The staff was awesome. The hotel was very clean and the staff members were professional, friendly and very accommodating.
Disliked: The refrigerator was stocked with things for you to purchase, not our personal things. We did get another refrigerator sent up for our personal drinks.

Liked: Room was nice. Location was good. Staff was very accommodating.
Disliked: Self parking was very expensive, the spaces were really tight, and the garage well worn.

Loews is a great place...
